This is the ideal time to provide testimonials from past clientele. Seeing the reactions and reading the words left by actual clients is a great marketing tip to keep your client from running off to the competition.

Rebuttals are important but you should know when and how to use them. It is crucial that you are able to back up your rebuttals with facts and hard proof. Visual proof is all that a client needs to see sometimes. Make sure your facts are current and that you are using the rebuttal in a way that the client will see the core value of your pitch, service and product.
